The Remote Access Tool shows everything is working on the server side. In the R8000, I forwarded VPN-PPTP (TCP Port 1723) to my server IP address. On the Win10 client side, I set up a new VPN connection to my modems static IP address and configured its adapter settings to use IPv4 w/ a specified DNS (also my server.)
